NEW FOR 2024: If you placed multiple orders last year under the same email address then you will only receive ONE renewal email and link. All your items from 2023 will be in your cart. You may now change the quantity of your GA, VIP Meadow, VIP Tack Room or parking currently in your cart.
Before you get started with renewing for 2024, let’s be sure you’re ready to go!
√ Make sure you have your renewal email from Front Gate Tickets. These go out on Fri, Jan 26 at 10am ET.
√ Have your payment information, billing address ready (double check zip code is correct and matches what your credit card company has on file)
√ Know what you plan to purchase from your 2023 order
When ready, click the link in your renewal email ONCE to get started.
*Renewal Tip: If you would like to change campsites/pass types, you can do that during our Alumni Presale starting Tues, Feb 6 at 10am ET. You cannot do this during renewals.
Clicked on your link and you’re now receiving an error message or don’t see anything in your cart? No worries!
Renewal Tip: You will NOT need a new link sent to you at any time. Until a purchase is completely made, all your items are still there for purchase on the link that was sent to you.

TO RENEW YOUR CAMPSITES IN YOUR SELECTED BROWSER:
NOTE: If your link times out OR your cart is empty, please wait 20 minutes and your link will automatically reset. There is no need to request a “new” link.
1) In your renewal email from Front Gate, right-click on the button that says “Click Here Once to Renew Now.”
2) Select “Copy Link” from the dropdown menu.
3) At the top lefthand corner of your screen, click “File.”
4) Elect “New Private Window” from the dropdown menu.
5) Paste your renewal link into the search bar.
6) If you continue to have issues please submit a help ticket with our ticketing provider, Front Gate Tickets, here.
TO RENEW YOUR CAMPSITES IN YOUR SELECTED BROWSER:
1) In your renewal email from Front Gate, right-click on the button that says “Click Here Once to Renew Now.”
2) In the dropdown menu that appears, click “Open Link in Incognito Window” OR “Open Link in New Private Window.”
3) If you continue to have issues please submit a help ticket with our ticketing provider, Front Gate Tickets, here.

1) In your renewal email from Front Gate, right-click on the button that says “Click Here Once to Renew Now.”
