Fans will enter through one of our security checkpoints shown on the map above! Make sure you’re entering through the right one – Each campground has a corresponding checkpoint.
Picking up your passes from Will Call? You will need to bring with you: Valid photo ID + Front Gate Tickets OR Ticketmaster Exchange order confirmation. Please note, you must have your passes before entering your campground.
NEW FOR 2023: Our Box Office and Will Call hours have changed! Please note, for all fans coming to M-50 and Fan Plaza: If you arrive after Box Office hours and you need to pick up or purchase passes, please visit the MIS Admin Box Office location.

Faster Horses Festival has a strict policy against firearms and weapons of any kind on MIS property (including campgrounds and festival grounds). No weapons of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to guns, knives, axes, hatchets or baseball bats. This policy applies to everyone, including those with a concealed carry permit.
No weapons of any kind are permitted. Leave them at home. You will not be permitted to enter MIS grounds with a weapon.
Please check your campers and your vehicles before you leave your house. DO NOT BRING GUNS OR ANY WEAPONS to the festival. You will not be permitted entry. Depending on the circumstances, you may also face legal consequences. It’s not worth the risk to bring a firearm or weapon to the festival.

SMALL/CLEAR BAG POLICY: Small bags, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12”x6”x12” or smaller. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 6”x9” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome.
You can come and go as much as you please.
Ask any member of staff and they will point you in the right direction for First Aid. We have 2 locations inside the festival venue and another in Infield Camping (section 4) called Infield Care Center.
If you have any questions during festival weekend, visit our team at Guest Services! They can help you with directions within the festival and assist with general festival questions. Lost & Found is also located at Guest Services!
Come visit any of our Box Offices or Wristband Help Tents located at each entrance gate for any wristband problems! They can help reissue wristbands if lost or too tight, help walk you through registering your wristband on your phone and signing up for cashless, and more.
Visit the AWARE CARE tent! This area is a sanctuary staffed with a team who can help if you’re having a difficult time and who can also connect you with on-site counselors.
